I see this type of post on other forums and I was just browsing the Pittsburgh PA area CL page and saw this John Deere and thought that maybe someone here would like this deal. It seems really cheap for loader, backhoe and MMM with just 1,140 hours.

Anyways, if you run across a kill deal on a tractor or related item, post it up and let others check it out. Maybe you'll help a fellow tractor nut find a gem that they would not have otherwise found!

John Deer 2007 2305 TLB/MMM
07, 24hp, 4x4, 1140hrs, hydro, tires 80%. Runs, operates, starts great. Looks very nice, no damage or welds or leaks. No disappointments, all 3 point arms included, has brush guard, it is folded down in the pics.

$12,700 for a TLB with MMM and 1140 hours seems to me to be at least $3,000 low if not more.

How about 4 BX25 TLB/MM and one BX23 TLB/MMM? Anyone looking for a fleet? All have insane low hours on them, essentially new tractors. His "rock bottom prices" are high, but he's in a position where he has a ton of product to move so maybe he will deal if money is presented? I just paid $13,000 cash for a 2013 BX25 TLB (no MMM) with 92 hours on it 6 weeks ago.

I have 4 BX 25's Kubotas for sale and 1 -
2017 BX23S with 58 hrs for 19,900.00 that is like new , they are all one owner machines.
4 of them have the front loaders , backhoes and 60 inch mower decks :
1 has just the front loader and backhoe its a 2014 with 102 hrs with a 3 pt. hitch for 14,900.00.
2015 with 135 for 16,900.00 very nice machine.
2010 with 182 Hrs for 15,900.00 good condition with a 3 pt. hitch.
2009 with 356 hrs for 15,900.00 , with 3 pt hitch , very good condition.
All have owners manuals, , if you don't want the mower deck , I will discount the tractor 700.00 Dollars , all are honest discriptions , these are rock bottom, no haggle prices , sorry no trades wanted , I'm from the Connellsville , Dawson , Scottdale Pa. area
