Good morning all. 36 outside this AM. Last night was again rough. The doctors and the patient are not on the same page with pain management. I got lucky and had one doctor in observations and the night nurses are all backing us up that the mixture is just not right. Now we have to educate the pain management daytime staff on the pattern.
I am not happy being in a hospital and for the last two days at night her pain is unbearable. That's not right.

Thanks for the kind thoughts and yes those prayers are used and they help.

16 right now and it isn't going to get much warmer...doubt we see 20 today.

This was one of the best Christmases we've had in quite a while...several years, at least. Nothing in particular, but just everybody was happy and things went well.

Only plan is to make a dump run. We need to replace a microwave stove that gave it up Christmas Eve...wifey will decide when go looking for that.

Good morning! 45˚ heading to 46˚ this afternoon as a wet Northeast wind keeps temperatures constant.
Had a cup of Rooibos tea and I don't see how the UK cannot prefer coffee. My second cup is second brew Folgers.


Ron did Betty get a "IP" for Christmas and if so was it an IPad or an Instant Pot?

Roy get the microwave that is also toaster oven. I wish I had. Lots of times I need a proofing oven or another warming or toasting oven.

Instant Pot. She already has a iPad.
We got a Cusinart Convection Microwave a few years ago. Wife got to like the RV type in our motorhome. But the RV ones are expensive.

22° slept ok.
I hear you on the pain meds. When i was in for my back pain, one shift had it figured out how often, etc to keep my pain down. Then night shift came in, and they ignored me. I'd ask for pain meds, they wouldnt come back for hrs.

I had problems over the weekend with my surgery area, doctor said i could come in today, just dont know what time. An hr away.
