New L3301 - Found an loose, extra bolt

Yesterday, I dropped my keys from the ignition on my 3301. They fell though a crack in the floorboard and landed on a ledge underneath the tractor. There, I also found this sizable bolt. I've looked all over for a corresponding hole, but can't seem to find one. It might be an extra that was replaced during assembly, but it is a little disconcerting.... Thoughts?

It's hard to tell, but it looks like it was never tightened/used. Don't see any wrench marks on it.

Looks similar to one of the bolts that holds the bottom 3pt link pins into the transmission housing.

Climb all over and under that new machine and check all your bolts. You know somebody at the dealership forgot to tighten at least ONE bolt, and there's a chance you are going to find more.

Nothing instills dealer confidence like finding loose/missing bolts on a brand new machine.

Looks like one of the sheet metal retaining blots, maybe the transmission cover.
