Just an FYI for anyone that owns a Kioti that has a steering column cover on it. If you use your tractor in the rain or leave it outside the 4 bolts that hold the steering column cover will rust up and you will have difficulty removing them should you need to take this cover off. Today I happened to notice that the four holes in the top of the cover were full of water. Down under are the 4 bolts that go into metal nuts that are extruded into the plastic cover. All four of my bolts were rusted up really bad. I blew the water out of the holes, sprayed Nut-buster into them and waited an hour to remove the bolts. I plugged the 4 holes with silicone. The bolts were put back into place with Never-seize on them.

Or, you could go stainless. Then they won't even rust, never mind seize.

I thought of that too but that would mean making a special trip to Tractor Supply for the bolts. I have a few cans of Never-seize in my garage that I use on a lot of things. I do not know what the nuts are made out of.
If they are steel the stainless bolts can still rust in place.

I use it for as little as possible, only cuz it's so messy and gets more where it shouldn't be. I use white grease, food grade grease, regular grease and for severe duty or important things, anti-seize.

A little bit of anything, is infinitely better then nothing.

I agree, Never-seize is messy if you get it all over the place or on your hands. I've been using it for over 30 years now on non-moving parts.
