Ethanol free is definitely going into the Super A. Premium unleaded is what it's going to get.
Simply because I can't get regular unleaded non ethanol easily nearby. Now with my new high power electronic ignition and coil blasting
extra volts into those oversize Autolite 386 plugs and igniting some good old fashioned premium fuel, oh yeah baby let's go....
It's what it says on the box so it must be true.
It was pretty cool seeing the tractor mostly back in shape (not that
our Mostly has parts missing)
with all its new shiny parts somewhat jarring against the ancient fading and chipped red paint.
Sheet metal is all good, except for small part at bottom of radiator area on grill where a leak or standing water
rotted out something. Not hard to fix but looks fine to me.
If the tractor talks to me and says paint me, well, I will. But I don't think so. The old look with good insides
is just fine.
I have to do something about the seat. It's one inch of foam over a metal pan suspended by springs exactly like
those on a buckboard wagon. And the name
buckboard is a fair indicator of its comfort level.
