Drinking first cup of coffee. 37° with rain this morning. Heading to 47° with rain most of the day. Got vent pipe removed from cellar. I bought a Bosch 12 volt pocket saw couple years ago. It sure come in handy for this type of job. Put a 10" metal cutting blade in it. Cut the pipe out in sections. Then put new insulation where pipe had been. But got fiberglass insulation all over me. Sinuses are not doing good today. I have a couple of projects to do in shop today. One is move seat back on JD mower. When I put new seat on all the holes lined up. But seat sets forward 2" from where original one was. Hard for me to get in seat.

27 and a high of 25. Wind ENE 10 mph. Snowfall warning in effect. At times it will be heavy and a total of 5cm (2"). Big deal!

This low is a big one. The low out of Texas is following the Mississippi valley and if it joins up with the Colorado low, then we could see lots of snow. It is about time.

I've got nothing on the books for today. The firewood that came in Saturday is stacked and the space is patiently waiting for the next day the temps are warmer than 32F.

I MUST get that section of the passageway cleared out before spring, wide enough to get the backhoe through. I've got a dog to bury out back. She is in the small freezer right now. She was the stepsons' dog, he will make the coffin and I will dig the hole.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY MRS BUPPIES!

drove my wife around a golf course a few times, most fun was at Hilton Head playing next to the ocean on our Intracoastal boat trip to Florida.
I've never played in my life, enjoyed driving the golf cart and watching. She could consistently drive as far or further than the men, which was fun to watch, and she played off the same tees. I didn't know a Ping from a pong but it was nice to get outside when you were an office dweller.

up early putting some mostly home made sauce on the stove, which will go over store bought chicken mozzarella raviolis for dinner friend tonight. Will let this simmer for a long time. It's full of minced barbecued chicken and a little leftover sausage. Will add portobella mushrooms later.

Ok, big announcement. Texas is safe from more snow. Proof supplied.

Golf can be a very humbling game but for those who like it can be very enjoyable. My first shoulder surgery in 2004 slowed me way down and due to my hard headed ways not doing required exercising lost motion so swinging the club became difficult now other shoulder is going so now I just watch

Good morning! 46˚ heading to 64˚ North wind and clear skies. Heading to the gym (because of the Buppies) then, knowing that there will be no more snow in Texas, (Thanks Drew) moving a large cedar that fell by the back pond. I picked up my Dad's chain saw in case mine acts up again.

Happy birthday Mrs. Buppies, the only TBN wife that can golf all morning and play football all afternoon!

40 degrees going for a high of 59 today, and all the rain forecast for the last few days went east of us, so it's still dry around here.
