topped off my batteries today, reassuring the amount taken was very similar throughout the six batteries.
Found some corrosion on one interconnecting cable, have battery cleaner spray in barn.
Hooked up my new smart charger for the golf cart, to my Trojan T-875's and it's now blinking away.
Sure hope it will be in desulphate mode by the morning.

I use mine all the time. Have never worried about when it does a desulphate cycle. I also have a digital volt meter on the dash. Never put charger on unless voltage is less than 49 volts. Not sure how accurate this voltmeter is.
Here is a good chart to use when checking your batteries.
I was always adding water to batteries with OEM Charger. Not a speck of water on top of batteries since I got the Battery Saver. Makes me lazy should check water level today.

RNG, 17 years ago Lynn got me an original gauge cluster to replace the idiot light cluster in my 67 Impala SS. When I started the install I discovered that of 17 wires, 1 stayed where it was and one had to be added. The rest had to be repinned, thank goodness for Au-Ve-Co.

I use to do interesting stuff!

That is a standard charger. Not a pulse charger. I linked the site for it's voltage chart. Beyond that I cannot tell you the difference. Battery Saver also makes Chargers for other voltages besides 48 volts.
Battery Saver. You can buy them on Amazon.

Went and looked a black Firebird Formula yesterday, very decent and fairly simple project. I left wondering why I didn稚 buy it. I guess one day I値l get my mind right and get going again.

I dunno, Randy, maybe you did the right thing. I'm beginning to feel the weight of all the projects still undone around here. I see older vehicles a few times a week that I dream of owning, but realize I'd never have the time to put them back to the way they should be because there's so much in the rafters already that wants putting back together.:shocked:

I’m with you RNG, if I’m biking I don’t want Titanic. Loved my V45 Magna, light, fast and beautiful. Probably my all around favorite of the 7-8 I’ve owned.

Need to pour second cup of coffee. 42° with cloudy skies this morning. Heading to 47° with some sun in afternoon. Only plans today are a trip to Rural King to purchase a Gun Safe. I am amazed how much the price dropped after the holiday sales. Plus a 12% discount. Wrestling that heavy thing in place should be enough for today. We missed our Grandsons 16th birthday Monday. Because our son is sick in bed with whatever crud is going around. He went to doctor again yesterday. Still not better. More Meds.
Drew, I need to withdraw my offer on your TT. Realized I do not have anything to tow it with. Paying $40K for a truck just now is not in the budget at this time. But those that want you to put new tires on it are probably right. TT are Notorious for having China Bombs.
