And in NY, that's a LOT bigger savings than the 2% CC rebate.

I don’t know what you’re talking about. I wouldn’t want to get locked up for tax fraud.

That puts your cash discount closer to 15 percent. I don’t know that the higher credit card price being illegal is fact, but I’ve heard that. I’ve never seen a higher credit card price advertised, but I’ve seen a lower cash price advertised. Plenty of gas stations do it. At least 2 local stations advertise a lower cash price and a 3rd offers a fixed 7 cents a gallon off with cash.
