CK20 hydraulics just quit

Help please! My CK20 hydraulics just quit - no noise/warning/slow down/nothing...just quit. Have not had any problems to date and while simply pushing some small stuff into burn pile my hydraulics quit working. I checked my lines and fluid -all good. I was told it was probably pump went out so I took that off - it appears fine. How can I figure out whats wrong and fix it?

OK, I'll start. I know you said there was no noise, but, do you hear any noises at all when attempting to lift the front end loader? Does your power steering still work? and does the 3 pt hitch still go up and down?

If you have no hydraulics, Power Steering, 3-Point Hitch, Loader....remove the injection pump and inspect the fuel camshaft. The hydraulic pump is driven off the back side of the fuel camshaft. Make sure the shaft is not failed and that the pump spins when the engine is turned over.

It was EXACTLY what Michigan Iron n Equip said: my fuel camshaft broke...ordered all the parts from them n tractor back to running!!!! $618 in parts n we did all the work ourselves

Yes all same symptoms. It wasnt hard to take everything apart or put back together but you better be mechanical lol. Our shaft was literally broke in half but holding together by pressure. Guess I went over bump n that was that. But a manual! Then start taking apart but take pics EVERY step so you put back easier. Also HINT: mark the teeth with something so they go back exactly. We had to take apart that section 2x cause we were off n you can NOT be off. Michigan Iron n Equip has best prices n service for parts n help!!!! Good luck!
