As far as medical issues go, just a bit of advice-- read everywhere you can on your condition, both conventional sources, semi-conventional (e.g. Mercola), even look at alternative medicine, and read all of the latest research (PubMed Health - National Library of Medicine is a good starting point for searching journal articles). Particularly here, we don't exactly count on doctors for whom English is at best a second language to keep very up to date. If some journal article is behind a paygate, there is a Russian/Ukranian website that makes those articles available. PM me if you need to know and I can dig up the URL.

Our house is down in the bottom of the valley. When I go up on to the ridge where our fields are, I can see the nearby mountains "Vihorlatske vrchy". The largest of which, Vihorlat, is a sleeping (hopefully) volcano. Nearby it is the mountain lake "Morske Oko" which is nice to go see. In the first half of the previous century one of the Biltmore women married the count from there and she was responsible for enlarging the lake and adding some structures around it. I guess with WWII they fled Czechoslovakia and didn't return. And, like all of Europe, there are various ruined castles within easy driving distance. Last week my sons and I visited Tibava Castle, which was never very big, and unfortunately someone destroyed it in the 19th century when there were revolutions in the Austrian empire, but there is a little bit left: tibava_hrad.jpg

Goldoni's are green and orange. :-D Actually, I think now they are completely orange, and the company is owned by the Arbos group which also makes Foton tractors, but ones from the 1980's are mostly green with orange hoods. Mine is a bit darker green than it should be, because I'm too cheap to special order Rustoleum that would color match. :)

Drinking first cup of coffee. 33° with cloudy skies this morning. Heading to 48° with rain in AM. It's a slow snow melt. But melting is winning. Last doctor visit this month, today. One visit to PT and I can walk without pain shooting down my left leg. Gives me encouragement to do the routines that they sent me home with. So I will do those exercises and a fence line walk again today. Only 1/2 mile but up and down a couple of hills. Hope to get at least one nap.

freedomlives, :welcome: to TBN Good Morning. You can post anytime Morning is happening someplace in the world. :D

Kyle, I got a new set of Work Tunes headphones. They are work on Bluetooth. I am happy with them so far. Seem to work better than my old digital AM FM Work Tunes.

Randy. I like my Sams Club LED Shop lights. Linking them together does not allow one light to turn on next light. I put in a receptacle and switch to turn on each set of 4 that are mounted in barn. Out of 10 that I bought 2 of them had to be returned because they failed to work. Easy exchange.

Prayers for all.
Good Morning All.

Low dose naltrexone for treatment of active Crohn’s disease - National Library of Medicine - PubMed Health

as of four years ago LDN was apparently in its infancy. Need to find newer references. Later studies.
Thanks for reference. My late wife was a RN and I was in insurance. I look up medical stuff all the time and
so does my primary doc. I think her husband has some of the same problems I do so she is on top of this.
But my specialist just tells me to wear a neck brace and take lots of drugs. Lovely. So I keep reading. What's neat is that the internet
lets you do this research the world over.

I can call Don if he does not report in by tomorrow. Last post 2/15.

that's a long time for him Ron and I don't remember him saying he was going on a trip.
He's got a lot on his plate at home. And a history of heart issues. I'd make the call.

Morning, as far as this thread goes, is pretty relative. I post when I can. BTW, we LOVE pictures!!

41 going to 50s later, got .04” of rain overnight.
Going to run cable to to receptacles and switches today. Need to to Sams and get the LED lights, they draw so little I’ll probably just drop a receptacle in the rafter and piggy back the lights and plug them in. Once everything is tied to the box I’ll dig up the feed and connect the building.
Note to self, turn off breaker first!

Randy, lots of info and opinions on LED lights here;

26 going to 37 with periods of freezing rain or snow. Wind ESE 16 mph.

My new suicide knob came yesterday and the screws are too short. I will rummage around in my big junk drawer and see if I can come up with a pair of longer screws. If not then it is a trip to the hardware store. I gotta go there anyway to get different fittings for my new fuel pump. It came with 3/4" screw in hose barbs and I want to change it to screw in solderable pipe .

I've got nothing on the books that must get done today, so I think I will take it easy.

Have a good day all
