Don- I have seen quite a few walkers with built in seating in longterm care facilities.

The feature of the UPWALKER is not so much the seat but the raised arm hold that adjust so the person rest his elbows on the walker thus standing up straight and not hunched over. The pressure is taken off the wrist and hands and the back is straight.

One door installed today another one to go tomorrow. It has been a long time since we could go out either door. The new doors do not have transomes but are right at 8-0 feet tall. Should finish the other one in the dining room tomorrow

Don- As far as I know all/most of those seated walkers are all adjustable to height. A PT/OT staff person should make those fine tuning adjustments based on the operator's needs.

Yes all walkers are adjusted to heights, but the UpWalker is more like this:

Don- Honestly, I never saw a walker before like that with those really well designed form fitting forearm rests. That would really help your Mom or anyone more effectively support/balance themselves "independently" walking. That unit appears designed with safety in mind.
