JD 870 Price??

I've got a clean JD 870, 2wd, with a 5' bush hog, 600 hours. Nothing wrong with it.

Thinking about selling it. Any clue what its worth and what I should sell it for??

Guys around here would probably try to get 5500 for it. I'd think it's really worth between 4 and 5 grand.

There is one on tractorhouse for $9000. It has a 5 ft JD rotary cutter and around 700 hours. Realistically, I would think around 7K would be about right without a loader. Ken Sweet

Thanks for the replys guys. I was figuring 5 for the bare tractor and maybe 6000 for the tractor, bush hog and a blade. All is in excellent shape.
I think I'll start at 6500 and come down to 6000 for now. Should be a good time of the year to sell....
