Good morning!!!!

26 going to 58...but I see a chance of snow peeking at us on Saturday.

Wow, Ed, can't believe that behavior from a professional...a complaint to the medical board may be in order.

RNG, crazy weather you're getting...glad you weren't out on your bike in that. Our hummingbirds are due back here around April 9th.

Eric, glad you're getting a day with rest...I also look forward to rainy days for that reason sometimes.

Well, we had chicken pot pie last night for Pi Day. I guess today is Ides of March...not sure what to have for this...pizza?

Probably not steak tartar.

30 this morning, wind finally slacked up after midnight but will crank up again at sunrise. I’m tired of cold windy weather.

Prayers for all, specials for Ed, Drew and the sick wives.

as i just signed up for my annual hvac cleaning I thought of Farmer
and his incredible variety of heaters and fans to maintain, much less all the other farming equipment.
I can imagine that a chicken house fan must see some pretty harsh use.

My sister is down to her last two chickens in Princeton NJ, good thing before she moves to CA in July.
If RNG will keep a lid on things out there, you know, keep the earthquakes, land slides, forest fires and dam collapses to a minimum
that month, I know she would appreciate it. ;)
I haven't flown in years, never enjoyed it, but will have to get back on a plane this Fall to go visit her.
Wow are plane flights expensive if you don't want the back of the bus. And a nonstop flight.
Do they charge to use the bathrooms now?

Have done a lot of flying in my day all over the mid west south east west coast and New England for business. Always felt like a cow in a round up being loaded into a cattle car. In the day you could find some really good deals thru travel agents

Drew, that looks a very generously sized solar panel for a fence energiser. Unless the energiser is particularly hungry, or a volcano erupts and blocks out your daylight, I would be surprised if the battery needs any other charging.

Thanks and yes, Eric you got it just right...;) I was planning for when Yellowstone Park's volcano blows, something that may really catch our country, and the world, off guard. And sooner, not later, it's going to blow my way and then the lights will be out for awhile. The impact maps are genuinely worrisome. Just think of the crop damage to the Center and Eastern part of the US...just about the only good time to be in California, unless it all falls into the sea from the volcano's proverbial Earth shattering earthquake. Key West sounds better.
Red Cross can't handle something like this. It would be a Let's Roll moment for our Country.
Forget the idiots in Washington, every EMS worker and every strong back would have to clean it up.
We have our own Krakatoa in the making.
Talk about instant climate change...

It's a long shot to worry about.
Let's ask a Pompeian for his opinion.

Drew I found air flights to be cheap. Texas to Florida on SW $99 nonstop on the got-to-get-away flights. I always pay the $15 extra to get in the first seating so we get our choice of seats. Some flights on the same day cost $350.

Good morning. 47˚ and still dark. Yesterday it was reported frost in some valleys but it looks like the last of the cold mornings is over. I got working on different projects yesterday so the wasp still have last years homes on the porch. More clean-up around the place today.

Ed I hope you can find a decent Dr.

Last day of the P diet then a transition day. Surprisingly day 4 was easy and I think today will be a breeze also.

Did Eddie Walker post on TBN about his wife or only on Facebook?

4 and going to a high of 26 Wind NNW 7 mph. 40% chance of flurries and partly sunny.

Yesterday I scraped the 4" on top of the inch of snow from the other day down almost to the ice.
That will keep it until we get either a big snow or a thaw.

I need to go to town today and get some gas. Unless I am traveling, I never let my tank go below 1/2 full.
It is just above the 1/2 mark now, so it is time. The posted price yesterday was $1.219/L ($4.607/US gallon, not allowing for exchange). I have a nickle off per Litre, so that will help a tiny bit. It will only take about 40 L.

Have a safe day all

Good morning. Overcast, rain coming, mother-in-law came this morning. Smallest born child has been sick for several days. Something in his stomach. Periods of running, playing with the others, but then vomiting. Probably he got it from his cousin on the weekend who is also having something similar now.

I fixed the broken handle on the Vari two wheel tractor motor unit last night, so now I can put the whole thing up for sale. Hope it sells quick, because I'll need a place to park the Iseki. Wish it weren't going to be raining today and I could put the thing together and photograph it.

I think Ryanair in Europe was considering doing that. That proposal didn't fly.

We flew South West with three children from Atlanta to Denver a few years ago to see my family in Wyoming. We were somewhere in the back but I don't remember anything about the flight, which with children is good.

We need to buy some seed potatoes. The latest date to get planting down by is May Day, also called Labor Day, or the day when the die-hards who still belong to the Communist Party go marching in town squares, and everyone with relatives in the countryside go to plant potatoes.

Better than our prices. $5.47/gal for gasoline here, $4.81/gal for diesel. We need to get a van with the new kid coming. I was thinking diesel, especially since new restrictions in Germany are going to result in the used market being flooded with them, but as LPG is $2.42/gal, I've heard getting a gas car and converting to LPG pays off real quick.
