I am looking for a fusible link. The wire comes from the battery to the connector and then to the starter. I have power to everything but the starter. When I turn the Key nothing happens. Also do I take the front or back of the control housing to get to the started. I need to test it to see if that is the problem. I need all the help that you can give me. Thank you.

As a test bypass the link with a jumper.
A fusible link is basically a smaller gauge wire in that short distance.
You could also simply use a fuse holder with a fuse rated to carry the load a bit less than the amp rating for the wire size.
Blowing a fusible link, or any fuse for that matter, suggests a problem exists, like shorts to ground or defective component.

Thank you, I will try that. I will also check all wiring. Let you know what I find.

This is what a Kubota fusible link often looks like.

Usually plugged into the wiring harness close to the starter but sometime close to the fuse box.
EDIT

Your B1600 may be a Gray market tractor. This list shows the B8200 to be a close model in the USA.

Consider going to this forum and reading the sticky (first thread) in the GRAY tractor section.

A lot of very good info if you have a GRAY.

A GRAY is a tractor made for the Japanese market. It would have been imported by a person or small company outside of Kubota USA.
Going to a Kubota USA dealer and asking for parts will NOT get you any help. They are forbidden by the dealership agreement from support Gray's.

Use the equivalent model I gave you and say that is what you have. Be prepared however for differences.
Looking from the back of the tractor hope your pto turns clockwise
Messicks/com is a great place to look for Kubota parts diagrams and even order stuff
