Thanks Don, exactly what info I was looking for! How is the taste of their soups / products.... Usually those proprietary foods aren't to good. The meal plan actually doesn't sound too bad at all! You reported on the weight loss and "diameter" (hehe), have you been able to check your B/P? Also how did you feel overall during the process?
BP is fine, never had a problem with it. The taste of the bars and soups were excellent and very filling. The chocolate bar is extremely almost too good. The breakfast bar was very good and usually kept me going till noon. Day 3 is the toughest, Day 4 and 5 a breeze. Overall I felt good and extremely good on day 6 the transition day. The first day I had a dull headache for half a day but that could be caffein withdraw, they do allow a cup of black coffee a day but I did not take one. If you keep occupied and try not to think of food it's pretty easy.
When you do eat eat slowly and enjoy to the fullest each bite, when you finish it is a satisfied feeling of fullness.
The cardiologist who did the diet said he like it because he could do it and still work, which is exactly right.
