I use the Donaldson phone number and call them up.
in my case the part number of the Donaldson filter itself is still new so I recorded it.
If you have that number it will help, or call them up. They have been pretty helpful thus far for me.
The video I watch about why one should never buy a fram filter was very revealing.I'm going to cut the baldwin filter open when i change the oil on the new machine in a couple of weeks to see what's different inside from the kubota filter
Depends on the year model. My CK4010 (2016) did not have an inner filter but did notice the 2017/18s do.
Dealer should help clear that one up.

Number of pleats, how the element is secured, the drain back valve and thickness of material, etc., was pretty surprised.
So when you do this keep us posted, should be informative for us.
See if this helps:

I made this excel spread sheet and copied all the filters.
If your interested PM me and if I'm allowed to send attachments I'll send you the maintenance template.
Sadly I do miss the Ck, traded it for the NX.Ok, maybe that's it.... BTW... So do you own both an NX4510HST and a CK4010?
Sadly I do miss the Ck, traded it for the NX.
Ten hours later the NX plows those huisache root with ease! If it were not for the 5 acres of needing plowing I would still have the CK. It a good machine and did everything I needed done, until I tried to max its limits...ha! All four wheels just spun....ha...
