My lab says the normal range is 4.0 to 11.3, looks like you are on the lower side. You will enjoy this research.

Mine was flagged for being too low at 2.9 and I was feeling a little apprehensive till I saw the research. Now I feel much more confident.
It was made official today after blood test results and a visit to the cardiologist I'm now free of all meds. Apparently it takes a lot for a cardiologist to agree to stop the statins after a heart attack. He said he will be monitoring me closely, another blood test in 3 months.

Found mine from 3 or 4 yrs ago after a heart procedure. I remember them saying it was a little high, and it was. They said it could be from the procedure. They gave range. 4.0 - 10.4 normal.

Next time will ask dr to look at it, just to make sure.

That is fantastic! Statins also reduce the production of CoQ10, which is normally produced in the body, but decreases as we age. CoQ10 is essential for cardiac health.

Good evening all. 41F this morning, clear and calm. Wind stayed down today, mostly sunny sky, and high temp was 72F, a chamber of commerce day . Men's meeting this morning, followed by bike ride , which was rudely interrupted by a rear tide flat, good practice for EHTC. Did get a nap after lunch, but unable to restart afterward .
