Only sorry I missed the cheerleaders.
Yeah, I know what you mean...the Buckeye cheerleaders...well, let's just say ours are prettier. Coach Meyer came by, said a few words then took a short ride on the M-F and pronounced it "Best tractor I've ever driven". Wow, what a day. Sorry you missed it.

Follow up...the alternator is working well. Battery resting voltage is 12.7 VDC, excellent for a 6 year old group 24 battery. I'm beginning to think that Lucas just might be OK these days. Us Brit motorcycle guys used to call Joe Lucas the "Prince of Darkness" because our motorcycle lights never worked. As a result, few 1955-1960 Brit motorcycle riders rode at night. Now days, I ride a BMW with Bosch electrics...very reliable electrical system.
So, that's the latest on the M-F electrical system...stay tuned however, I'm adding some lights for night time work.
