Monday I have to go get the technical control done on the trailer. Unfortunately, I thought it was later this year, and was "reminded" by receiving a notice in the mail the day before Gloria's delivery that I am being punished with a 165€ fine because it was supposed to be done last September. I got the year wrong... But, if I pay in the next two weeks, its "only" 110€. I wonder @Eric Salop if in England trailers behind cars are also subject to the MOT? I know my Octavia is due in June and the front brakes at least will need some work before I go for that.

The tire shop at Costco gets some kind of kick back for anything you buy in other departments while you're waiting on them to install your tires. It's a racket, similar to the ones the cooks play with the rotisserie chickens.:shocked::laughing:

This month's Costco Connection magazine tells you what to do with the rotisserie chicken leftovers EACH day after you take it home. On the last day it ends up in soup.

Been snowing here most of the day, pretty hard a lot of the time. We have 2 in where it slid down the back of a chair onto the seat. Other than that we have a white tinge to most things except hard surfaces. have a good evening Ed

RNG, the BH is a sub-frame mounted deal. Evidently I can take it off and use the 3 point hitch easily. We will see.
I have about 100 tons of snow to move tomorrow. No I can't just let it melt, not where it is. It will flood out the neighbour to the south.
That is okay, I put it there so I can dam well move it. I have my own place to 'do' again.

That was the fastest i've ever had tires installed. It was quitin time, surprised they offered to do them today. I wasnt planning on getting them at that moment, but they said 45min, so i waited.

Good evening all. 38F for the start, overcast and very windy. Temp dropped to 33F about 10, almost got hit by some winter precip, had some drizzle and steam fog on the lake. Winds dropped off later in the afternoon, overcast broke up so had some peeks of sunshine and high temp of 40F. As someone else said, had no plans today and had to nap hard to git R done .
