Recently bought a fairly well kept Massey Ferguson MF35 with the Z134 Continental (gas) engine.
I would like to acquire the service/operators/parts/wiring/etc. manuals. Any advice on which of the different publishers offerings contain the "best" information?
Finally, which of the (modern) lubricants do I need to be using?

Thanks in advance :drink:

I always recommend you get the factory manuals. They have systems descriptions that help you understand how they are supposed to operate and are generally complete. The IT manuals are good or an experienced repair man but they don't cover all the systems.
As far as lube oil, I used 10W40 engine oil, and a premium transhydraulic fluid for the transmission and the hydraulic system.
