I'm looking to get a ~15 gallon, 12V sprayer for my RoundUp applications. Most likely with my UTV.

Rural King had a decent looking, simple unit for $50-60.

Looking on Amazon, trying to find one that might have better built parts. Reviews are pretty mixed.

Any recommendations?

I do not need a boom sprayer feature at this time.

Harbor Freight has one that I have used in the past. It worked just fine. I have a new one that I am getting ready to build a QH mount for to use on my Kubota. I think they are typically on sale at about $80. May be able to use a 20-25% coupon as well.

atv sprayer from Northern Tool + Equipment

The north star sprayers get great ratings and having owned one for several years I would agree, I have had to replace the wand a couple of times from where it fell off and I drove over it :) LOL but the motor is rock solid and I spray just about everything on 40 plus acres. I have several buddies that have bought cheaper ones at TSC and RK only to have them die after one or two seasons

I have a Fimco with a 65g tank for my Ranger with a boom and a spot sprayer w/ a 3.8gpm pump. For what I needed, I realized that 65g is probably too big, but I bought it becuase I thought it would be a better fit for the bed of the UTV (they also make a 45g UTV config). Otherwise, it works great, allowing me to spray down some fruit trees that are probably 25-30' tall. They have a variety of boom and spot sprayers in 'Economy', 'Standard', and 'Deluxe' versions in various tank configurations and are all (I think) RoundUp ready.

I like the Northern Tool one. I can't buy it on Amazon and get free Prime Shipping. Does Northern Tool run promo codes or free shipping etc? Been a few years since I purchased anything from them.

+1

I have a 10 gallon NorthStar and really like it. My only regret is not getting the 16 gallon sprayer. I replaced the alligator style connectors with an automotive cigarette lighter plug. Plug the sprayer right into the dash on my UTV Ranger and away I go. Spray the fence line as I go. Takes no time. It also has a long hose for spot spraying.

AGSPRAY has the best deal going , about 140 bucks for a 25 gal Yellow tank. I've had HF one and the tanks don't last but about a year .
