LS NOT Cranking...weird issue

OK, brand new battery, 2013 LS 3037C tractor.

Put in key, turn to the ACC, and tractor attempts to turnover for about 2 seconds and then nothing. Cannot warm up plugs at all.

Turn to START, nothing.......

Only does something when the key is in the ACC position but only for a few seconds.

Here is my dilemma as well, it is remotely located, has a FEL, parked in our shed about 1 mile from road. Do I remove the FEL and tow to road and winch it onto trailer, and then take to shop?

My opinion is it is an ignition switch; or obviously something electrical, but WHAT and WHERE do I start?

Not enough info to garner any real help.
When did it last work right? What has changed? Why does it have a brand new battery? The engine turns over but doesn’t start and after two seconds the starter stops turning it over?

It worked just fine in January 2018, parked it at farm then. It needed a new battery due to the old one needing jumped.
It does not do anything once the key is turned to ACC it attempts to turnover for 2 sec then nothing, no starter spin, no whine, no lights on dash, NOTHING. Turn to START same. Turn off and try again, same....

Sorry 3Lfarms about the cross, just trying to see if anyone can or has solution, figure it was appropriate for LS owner and general forum is all.

You assume it was working fine in Jan. You say the battery needed replacing due to needing to be jumped. Did 'jumping' the battery get it started?
Did replacing the battery at any point start the tractor, and get it running?
What does the red text mean? '...attempts to turn over in accessory position'? for 2 seconds then nothing? It either turns the starter over or it doesn't. Which is it doing?
Why do you suspect the ignition switch? Does it have a seat switch, and if so is it wired to prevent starting unless in neutral?
I don't know your tractor- is it a manual or HSt or shuttle shift?
Post back answers to all questions.

Also, to remove the FEL wouldn't you have to lift it? How would you do that without starting the tractor? You could remove the bucket or whatever might be on the FEL, and then tow it to your trailer. Can't you bring the trailer to the tractor, and then winch it on?

And, do you have any rodents where it sits in the shed?

It sounds like you have a bad connection someplace; the most likely place is at the battery, if not then start working outward along the circuit. First though, you should reply to Coyote Machine's questions above, it could save you a lot of unneeded diagnostics.

Why do you turn it to acc? Glow plugs? Thermostart? Normal procedure for other than extremely cold weather is direct to start.

Did it ever start and run with the new battery?
