If it was me I'd buy a new rim of the correct size, Take it to a welding shop have them cut the center out of the new rim and cut the old rim and weld the adjusting slides to the new rim.
That skinny 11" rim they are asking $495 PLUS shipping, give me a break. They have some cheaper ones in 13x28 but you lose the adjustability. I don't know if they mean you just lose the power adjust, or you can't adjust at all; anyone know?Taking a look at the link shared by Ford850, I went and measured the old rim and it is actually 11x28. I thought that 14.9s wouldn't fit on them so I assumed 12x28.
