Drew, most of the big sprayers can use large drops and there is not much drift then, but they still have to watch the temps. Over a certain temp, the vapors can be a real problem regardless of drop size.[/I]
Thanks. My timing was spectacular, I pulled in the closest row of my corn just as he entered the field. I stopped on the Farmall and just looked at him...
He stopped, started spraying, then I saw the boom lower, which I thought was a good thing, less drift. And yes it looked like heavy rain coming out in a straight line.
Back from dealer, ordered a new Q5, three months, no rush. Did not want to pay extra for stuff I just didn't want.
And all of a sudden it's now Audi season of values or some such contrived marketing, and voila, the price dropped 700 bucks.:thumbsup:
When the new car comes in, I'll either take their current trade in offer, or see what the dealer who bought my Jag will
give me for it. He told me he wanted the car and would beat the Audi dealer's price, but that's three months from now so who knows.
off to mow roadsides with the Kubota and then back to mow my own lawn for about an hour. Mighty hot out.
