How to adjust or check this deere slip clutch on 709 shredder (rotary cutter)

I bought the cutter used and have used it for a year now. Works amazing, Im very happy with it..
My question is how do you confirm this slip clutch is working on the drive line..

Thank you sir, but as You can see from the pictures that is a different type of slip clutch. Correct me if I’m wrong. Or does it get adjusted the same way?

You asked if it can be tested for slipping... The method of making marks on parts seem to validate that it slips if they move.... As for 'how to adjust clutch', manual on implement should have procedure...
