To the best of my knowledge, JD will not sell just the top or side link for the 3 & 4000 series tractors, you have to purchase the complete kit. So that might have been why he said what he said??

Brian- correct-I went to JDParts using eric's number $1356. and that is just two cylinders and respective hoses I believe-could not get package content out of parts site I used-seems like everytime I use it I end up with a different format. I think I will just wing it with top link for now-but I will study your valve package. Seems like there are a lot of options out there and all claim to be better than canned beer:confused:

What do you need to know about the valves? :confused3:

My 4720 is an 07 with a conventional loader control (no buttons) and a single rear scv that has a float control. I currently use the rear scv when I have my grapple on loader or replace bucket with a power angling snow plow.

If I were to invest in a valve to add two more SCV's that would be supplied by the existing scv I have seen one product that I believe has ports that literally plug into the factory ports and I believe are supported by that connection. It looks like yours requires some sort of independent mounting bracket with two jumper hoses that connect to the factory scv ports??

Wow, price has gone up! The kit was around $900 when I bought mine, don't remember if that was a discounted price or not.

I installed the JD electric diverter kit to operate my TnT, designed for the tractor and all plug and play. I really like using the loader joystick to change the angle of the box blade rather than levers.

Double check on the unit that plugs directly into the ports. . Is there even room to have them plugged in and hanging there? Even though the multipliers are provided with eccentric fittings, that does not mean that it will fit your current port spacing. I would get some specs before purchasing.

I know this from first hand experience. Plus that is a lot of weight to be just hanging off of your couplers in my opinion. What kind of controls does it have? If I remember correctly, it is not a control grip. All or any of this may or may not make a difference to you, but you should be aware of it.

Yes, the diverters that I use may or may not require additional mounts. But I have a double and a triple set on 2 of my tractors and they seem to fit quite nicely IMO.
