In the past I have used ramps to get underneath my 60" Exmark zero turn for cleaning the deck. I'm thinking of getting a lift to raise the mower higher. It won't be used that often. Any recommendations? Searching online gives me too many to choose from.

Saw this at Tractor Supply:

I just use my FEL to lift up my Ferris. It has two holes in the front frame, no idea what they were for originally, so I installed two chain links in the holes and attached a 3/8" chain to each link. Now I just set my tow chain hook in the center link, attach the other end to the FEL and lift it up.
If I were a member of the safety police, I would build a cylinder block(s) to fit on the FEL lift cylinders so it couldn't fall just in case of a nuclear attack, earthquake, cylinder hose failure or fairy came by and lowered the FEL control arm while I was working under the deck.

I use my floor jack

I use a chain hoist to lift it then a tall jack stand for back up, for the price of that mower lift I would rather get something I could use for other jobs as well.

I have a HF lift. Think it was $79 on sale. Rated at 300# I think.

I use a mo jack that I raise with a cordless drill, had it for 11 years no problems, I feel safe working under the mower with the locks that’s on it.

I have the Mojack XT. Much easier and safer that other methods that I have used. I debating on giving the price for one of these things but that went away after the first use.

I just use an engine hoist (cherry picker) to raise up the front of my 52" Grasshopper to service the blades.
