You could say "bovine" or cattle which would include any and all or in this case since it is a female, just say her butt. One can clearly see the ****** on the "cow" in the photo.

Cattle can only be used in the plural and not in the singular: it is a plurale tantum.[26] Thus one may refer to "three cattle" or "some cattle", but not "one cattle". No universally used singular form in modern English of cattle exists,

That's udderly ridiculous. I give up. I made the mistake of telling someone cow manure was good to put on strawberries and they said whipped cream was better.

Never tried it on strawberries, but I did put some on my blackberries, this years crop is going to be the biggest ever.
