I'm new to tractors and just learning the ropes. After trying to use my father-in-laws Ford 3000 I decided I'd better get something else, it isn't usable right now.
I'm sure I'll have a lot of questions and very little knowledge to offer so you'll have to bear with me.
Thanks for having me.

To TBN Stickman. You have come to the right place to get answers.

How much land are you working and what are you raising besides dust? :)

LOL There will be more dust than anything else at least till spring. We're on about 30 acres that hasn't seen a tractor in 4 years or so. I'm trying to get the trees cut down so we can decide what we're going to do.
Most of the brush hogging is being done in reverse or 1st and 2nd gear. So far I've been through a chest high section of poison oak and having to dodge probably 50 or so thornamental pears. I guess the chainsaw will have to take care of those.
It'll probably be late fall before I get where I want to be with it but at least I have some equipment to get there with.

A grapple works great on those thornamental pears. Here it is blackberry bushes and thornamental pears and climbing vines.
