I mounted a 12V radiator fan just under my canopy and it blows downward. It works pretty good. I would suggest mounting the center of the fan slightly in front of your head when sitting in the seat. I will post a picture in a day or two.
Thanks rusty842, that is what I was looking for. I think it will work better over my head instead of mounted to the rops from behind. Might try it both ways. Thanks to every who replyed.

I originally mounted it directly over my head. When traveling around 5 mph it would push the air behind me and you couldn’t feel it. That’s why I mounted it slighting toward.
