I just wanted to commend 747driver for not bitting on any of the personal attacks or self-righteous know-it-all posts.
Most people (including myself) have a hard time not responding even knowing it won't do any good. By all accounts this thread should have devolved and been locked by know. :thumbsup:

I agree, 747driver has been a trooper and stayed above the baited comments. I learned from his thread and appreciate him starting it. Facts come when questions arrise and I get that.

I have to admit I LMAO reading the replies to this message...(no offense)...because it was an accurate statement...

The key is learning to discern when a thread hits the skids and quits being useful to anyone and becomes a message board pacifier of sorts...

Gathering all my pennies to ponie-up for the D-LUX. Then I can lay back in my open-air tractor, suck on my pacifier and change my username to gullyable. Read post #287..... The road was already in place before the development was established. So the ROW just follows the road at a 50' width. 25' on each side from the road center line. Glad your not my surveyor !

The center line of the road is supposed to be established by the survey. That is supposed to be the known point.
