Does LS have the highest rated GEL lifting capacity?

Does LS have the highest rated FEL lifting capacity?

I bought an LS XR4140 a month ago because, in the same price range, it was rated to lift 1,000+lbs more than Mahindra or Kubota with the front end loader. I planned to use it almost exclusively as an all terrain forklift, so based mainly on the FEL capacity, I bought it. It was a hurried emergency purchase so I didn't dig much deeper or do much more research than driving to my closest 3 tractor dealerships. I'm happy with the tractor and I wonder if I'm doing myself a disservice by asking this question, but just want to make sure I have my facts straight before I go bragging to my friends... is there any other tractor for <30k with FEL installed, which is rated for >2,700lbs on the FEL?

New Holland Workmaster series with the 621 FEL is rated at 3550 pounds at the pins at full height at 10 feet. At 800 mm at full height it's 2200 pounds. 800 mm is 31 inches out. At the time I purchased mine 2-1/2 years ago you could get one for 25 to 26 thousand. The FEL will do that.

Is that a 4wd tractor? A friend tried to steer me toward New Holland but I was immediately turned off because the closest dealer is 135mi from me. Now that I think about it though, with the minimal amount of hours I'll be putting on it, the dealer distance shouldn't have been as big of a factor as I made it.

Yes...4WD and weighs 5K pounds... With loaded rears it was north of 6K pounds...

Nothing to brag about really. There are many tractors in the 40HP range that can lift 2700 lb. or close to it. Turbys NH is close. What counts is how high they can lift and LS has one of the lowest lift heights of all. Here's the specs for your LS LL4104 loader.

Unfortunately, those numbers are inflated and not very accurate when you fairly compare the specs to other machines. I owned 2 LS machines with that loader. Nice machines.

Before I switched to Massey, I thought the LS loader claims were really impressive. But then in real world trials, my Massey loader (similar sized HST CUT machine) blows the LS loader out of the water.
