THAT 4 slat fence is VERY EXPENSIVE.. Call & price a 2 slate vs a 3 flat.. & YOU HAVE a 4 slat.!!
You there is paint to do plastic.. NOT a "normal" paint.. its for plastics..

If I was living there I’d tear it out. I hate unnecessary fences. Being a flip house I’d do the minimum amount of work to make it look decent.

Scratch all that, what I posted originally. Didn't see the last pic. I see you ARE in the million-plus bracket. In that case, I'd get some realtor opinions--they know the market--and go from there.

4 rail horse fence is the top of the line horse fence. Materials alone are $12-$15 a foot. Cannot tell how much fence you have, but seeing that the property has a barn and run out shed, if you tear out the fence, might as well tear down the barn and shed. There are a lot of horse people who would pay a pretty penny for that property! I would keep the fence and sell to a horse person.

Tear it out without damaging any of it, stack it nicely on pallets and load it on a semi and send it my way.

That is some nice fence, crying shame if you take it down.

Horses have black and white vision. They will see this fence easily. Also 4!!! rail is expensive. What is the replacement cost of fencing? Also what is cost of removal of old fence?
This is a flip house and already setup for horses, so you will likely sell to a horse person anyway.

If I owned that property I would probably plant some shrubs, hedges, and ornamental grasses to soften the look of the fence, especially near the house.

Leave the fence alone. It is too nice to remove it. Instead get a few horses to stable so it becomes useful and generates an income.

Stepp - those darn four board PVC horse fences are SOOOOO very expensive. Even the mega-million dollar homes in the exclusive gated subdivisions - in my area - have the fancy gate at the beginning of their driveway and then only 50 feet or so of that expensive plastic stuff going each direction off the gate.

Somebody has spent a FORTUNE installing that fence. I sure would not rip it out if you plan on flipping that house. Talk to a knowledgable real-estate agent first. Ask the wife to look out other window.
