3pt Lower Lift Arm Weld On Repair End with Combination Cat 1 & Cat 2 Holes

I want to weld on a new 3pt Lower Lift Arm Weld On Repair Ends, but I want the new ends/balls to have Combination Cat 1 & Cat 2 Holes.

I can find just the socket, but I would prefer the whole weld on end like the first attached picture, but I can't find them in the USA. My google searching may just be faulty.

It was on a British site, so that's a no go with shipping and currency conversion.

I welded on the commonly found Cat 2, and just use a bushing. Never seen the combo version you show. The bushings work fine.

Go to a local tractor salvage yard.

I had a Massey Ferguson a long time ago that had it.

lots of Deere 5xxx series have these as well. Not terribly unusual

I found that indeed John Deere 5XXX series have them and I see pictures of 5105 and 5205 with them, but I am yet to find a weld on repair end for them even on Deere's parts site.
