Insure your intake air flows easily, I recently added a second grill and filter and the fan noise dropped considerably. There is allot of information on why these new high filtration air filters are not good on your HVAC.

Glad someone reads info before they install these so called Super duper filtration return air filters on their unit.
If your unit wasn't designed with these type filters in mind. Installing them on your system will create all types of issued
