KILLING GROUNDHOGS

I need to get serious about eradicating groundhogs (woodchucks or marmots, to some). Has anyone any experience with
the "Rodenator" which is basically a tool to inject propane and oxygen into their tunnels and then ignites it? (Yes, I am familiar
with game laws but enough is enough).

atsah, I appreciate this approach. However, I am talking about 20 or so groundhogs. I have tried the shooting method and even enlisted a few sniper buddies (Vietnam era) to help me out, but we have gotten too old to spend time lying in the field or behind some logs and waiting . . . at our age we tend to fall asleep.

Find both ends of the hole.
Learn when the GH is home.
Throw a gas soaked roll of TP in each end and shove it in a foot or so.
Jam in a wadded bag to separate and then a couple shovels of dirt with big rock on top to seal up.
