And you moved the 1500 lb rock with the loader on your 1025r? R U sure it weighed 1500lb? I know of one guy you offed his 1025r and got a 2025 because his 1025r would not lift a thousand pound rock off a flatbed.

Smile...no reason for an apology. Wishing you a grand labor day weekend Tim:thumbsup:
Best wishes

I have no idea how much it weighs. Here is how I came up with that number....

1) I have lifted 1245 lbs off the ground with my loader and forks (documented weight of a small pallet of roofing. I couldn't lift this but about 6" off the ground.
2) I was not able to lift this rock off the ground. I COULD lift it enough that I could slide it easily.

The only difference between 1025R and 2025R loader lift capacity is slightly increased hydraulic pressure.

I am going to screenshot this and get it to Christy immediately in support of a bigger tractor. With a cab of course.

your right about the pressure but I think the 1023, 1025, 2025 may all have the same pump. In fact the 1023 pressure is the same as the 2025 at 2150 according to JD. Now I wonder if the 1023 can lift more than the 1025r? If it is only pressure then I'm sure one could adjust the pump pressure on a 1025r to match the 2025. Those pumps all have some kind of pressure bypass system to keep from over pressuring the system returning excess volume back to the hydraulic fluid reservoir.
I think the lift capacity is limited by JD because of the weight of the 1025r but if that's the case why is the 1023e pressure so high?
Ever try lifting with a 1023?
