I've been leery of reps since the John Deere rep tried to convince me the dealer on 23 was still in business selling farm tractors and had a large inventory.

Okay, ya sold me. That's awesome. Sounds like just what we need for the best price point we could hope for. I know back when we got the Mahindra lots of friends said we were taking a risk with a foreign tractor, etc, but now several of those people saw ours and were so impressed they changed their minds and want one. Something tells me the RK line will be the same case. I need to figure if we can swing it all at once or if I need to wait until we sell the massey to get the backhoe added later. But I now know which brand we will go for. This forum and those on it has been most helpful.

Thank you. Just to clarify something. All under 60HP tractors sold in the U.S. originate from outside the U.S.

TYM, the manufacturer of RK Tractors, makes 60% of Mahindra brand tractors sold in the U.S.

Thank you, it will the 8th visit I’ve personally made to meet with TYM in Korea and Rural King’s CEO has also been to their Seoul HQ and Iksan factory. They are wonderful people and we enjoy our frequent reciprocal visits, and the personal relationships that have formed.

Why don’t I see an RK tractor in your sig yet? Why are you pushing RK, do you own one? Or have any experience with them?

Do you have any idea what resale value one will have? Just wondering what drives you to push them.. if they turn out to be something worth while we will find out but as for now they may very well turn into another Cabelas tractor, who knows even if they are a decent product there may not be enough people that will buy them because it’s another new brand to a list a mile long.

Resale value? I'm a bit biased since I love my tractor, but I don't care about resale value. I'm never selling mine! We've had ours for over a year now with no problems or issues. Absolute fan of this tractor. Just sayin'!!
