MF 188 (1979 not multi) water temp gauge

I am here again as new MF owner for advices (thanks in advance)
Today i ve change the water temperature gauge , but the new one is different from the old, sorry for the question but is the gauge on photo correct?

i ve change the engine oils twice (because for about 2 years never the tractor was in a barn) 1st time after 2 hours of engine work, the oil that i used is 20-50 do you think is the correct ? The oil pressure gauge goes as the picture (red pencil) the temperature on my area is about 20C-30C (Greece)

Thats fine .
A blocked filter can give you even a higher reading on that gauge.
On idle it should be much lower

Sorry ...hot engine and on idle it should still be in green.

i ve change the oil filter once. With the tractor stopped and working the idle is on the middle of green , whith the tractor mooving and pressing full rpm for 1 km about goes as the picture.
Should i change the filter again?
