Did a search there a lot of post about adding lights to a B2650. I'm looking for some type of mount so i do not have to drill into my ROPS, i don't have any scrap laying around or anything to use.

These are the lights i was going to buy. With a light bar i don't know how much you can aim it that is why i picked these.

BTW is it worth upgrading the stock head lights to LED? to get more light...

Been toying with the idea of side lights to but one thing at a time.

I use a large metal 'hose clamp' (as many as required) to attach/hang objects from my ROPS. So far it's a fire extinguisher off of the right side and an LED light-bar from underneath the center of the ROPS. They screw on just fine and have held up for years.

I also use old cut-up, foam neoprene "stubby holder"s (koozie?) between the clamp and the ROPS as an anti-vibration layer and to protect the ROPS from metal-on-metal chafing = rust forming.

what I used for mounting lights were square u bolts. picked them up at local hardware store, like 3 bucks each zinc plated. I'll send pics tomorrow. You can also buy the stock ones from kubota I think they are 8 bucks or something like that each (check the parts listing for the grass catcher -- they are part of the hazard lamps.) The kubota ones are incredibly heavy duty, probably more than is needed. I bought Nilight lights from amazon. Very bright, so far so good. If you have a loader, headlights are nearly useless as the bucket will block the lights as you are driving around.

Do you know the part # for the kubota ones? I never thought of u bolts wouldn't you need a plate to mount to?

I used studs that attach with epoxy. They're used in the aircraft industry. You have to sand the paint off where you want the studs, but my ROPS needed touched up anyway, so I repainted it. :: Click Bond, Inc. :: Studs & Standoffs

I can't remember if I got the idea from this site?

The Kubota supplied work light uses a formed steel bracket with a hole to mount the lamp, which has a vertical mounting stud. The bracket is clamped to the ROPS with square "U" bolts. I have them on my B3350 and L6060.

I think I may have noted this somewhere, I'll look for it and post back here.

Here are some pictures of my setup. Hope this helps. First, I got a waterproof switch, and used silicone sealant to affix it to the dash so water can't get in behind it. Its wired direct to the battery so I can turn the lights on when the tractor isn't running, which is convenient.

I have two 4 inch floods facing rear. These square u-bolts were fairly long. I put nylon spacers to keep tension and give me a little space to work with then cut the extra bolt threads off with a hacksaw. The lights come with the little bracket, just put it on over the end of the bolt and tighten it up. Holds great.

Front facing I have a 12 inch combination spot/flood light bar. Same setup as with the floods, one bracket each side.
