Lots has changed in the last year. I made the decision around February I wanted to be home more so made some adjustments to my work obligations. I have worked two jobs for 14 years and always averaged close to 100hrs a week. I am happy to announce that I遏・ just working 48-72 a week now and love it. I遏・ home all the time.

That said, I ended up using the 5100e for about 20 hrs this year. This worked out to over $400 per hour. Since building a gantry crane in the shop and adding a 10k lift I was using the tractor for less and less. We bought a diesel zero turn and that does most of the mowing now too. We sold the tractor and batwing to a great guy from down south. Sold the trailer to a retired gentleman that逞エ getting into hotshot and the box blade/shredder have been spoken for. My neighbor down the road is the one that I take care of their pasture. We put it in hay production so that was even less for me to mow. They have a 6110 cab mahindra that I蛟、l be able to use in the rare time of needing a tractor now.

Besides that, my son is 6 and we spend all our time together. He逞エ getting a buggy of his own for Christmas. I ordered my wife a Jeep as a 3rd vehicle and we豎*e building it for off-roading and Moab. Ordered a new 28 car hauler so our interest have shifted more into family activities and traveling.

Just wanted to give everyone an update, been getting messages and haven遞 been participating much. Here逞エ a few pics of what逞エ going on. Still love the shop too

Brett

Brett,
That is great. Do you still have the land plane you built?

I do not. I thought about you when the guy that got the tractor said he wanted that as well. He paid asking price without any hesitation so I wanted to make sure the deal went thru. We could always build you one though. I have equipped the shop with all kinds of goodies and tools to make it a breeze

That is just great, Brett. Wow, 100 hrs. a week! So glad you decided to shift your focus to family. With a 6 year-old, that time with the little duffer is sooo precious!

Glad for you. You can't get the time back after your kid has grown. Nice buggy for the boy. Does it have a speed limiter?

Thanks guys and gals

Yes you can limit the speed. With two 200 lb guys it ran 30. I think I’ll bring it back to 10-15 until he gets comfortable with it. Going to order some wheels and tires for it and he will be set!

Going to take it when we go off-roading so he can become more involved
