Depending on the topic, I appreciate videos. If I want to learn how to replace my brake pads and rotors, a video is worth a thousand words.
I particularly enjoy the "Eyehandy" videos... some of which I've watched several times just to, ahhh, make sure I understood all of the procedures!
(Yeah... the 'procedures'... that's the ticket!)
I want help pages in words and pictures. Ones that are 'to the point' and not self serving trying to rack up reference link clicks. Words and pictures take less time to post and don't eat bandwidth for people that seek information.

^^^ But you can't print them out on paper to take out to the shed, and you can't highlight certain words or phrases. And it isn't as easy to review the points you need and discard those you don't.
