You've made a lot of assumptions, first off I saw the factory incentive plans and certain models have cash discounts others did not. What you found was a dealer that had access to a in stock machine and probably installed the options you wanted. Yes they do have price guarantee contract I used it for my order. There was huge difference in order time for different models the grand L 6060 cab models are most back ordered. Congrats on your new machine.

Uh, what assumptions did I make? I'm talking about my experience...zero assumptions made because that's exactly what happened. The machine was not in stock. It was ordered because none were available at the time anywhere within a 1000 mile radius. And there was no discussions of "discounts" or anything like that.
The assumption you made is that all models and their cash/finance deals are the same. In my case as I moved from a grand L6060 to a M7060 the factory charts shows the $1000 cash discount disappeared and the additional discount for bundled options and add ons changed. You are correct that your unit was not in stock at a dealer, but I bet it was in stock at factory, the reason for the short delivery time. But we don't know how Kubota runs there lines, since a lot is imported how many lines run at once. Does cargo ship show up with lots of sub assemblies for various models or just few. When my dealer confirmed my last minute order we had to confirm that cab assemble were in stock and that radial tires were also in stock to allow for 3/4 week delivery time. Add-ons like valves, creep we'll see how much the dealer has to do. The Grand L parts were not in country and no confirmed delivery dates were available. Seems like Kubota manages dealer inventory different than domestic car production. How long does take for custom KIA to show up? My Ford F350 I was able to watch it get scheduled and then delayed first by brakes, then transmission holds. Somebody claimed to know all this stuff but wouldn't tell us.

Never said it, and I KNOW that's not the case because obviously you said you had a different deal. Every dealership does business differently...and not every dealership changes price based on financing, which was my whole point. Not sure what made you think I had a short delivery time...I said it bought it 3 weeks ago, not that I waited that long. The wait was 4 months....not short by any stretch, but I wasn't in a hurry. And glad you think that "you are correct that your unit was not in stock at the dealer"...since I told you that bit of info, LOL!
