Mahindra 2565 with hoe, Case 530 back hoe, Hyundai180 LC-3 excavator. Love my Hoe's!
I have a 2016 2565 Mahindra cab model. Only 365 hrs and the bucket tends to creep down at an unusual pace. I know its a problem on tractors with high use but this thing is barely broke in. Its basically a rebadged TYM so this might be a problem others have seen. I have checked the obvious , leaks, sticky valve. But I know it could be a bad control valve. The 3 point hitch doesn't sag at all and the loader arms stay in place as well. Only the bucket is quick to lower itself. Any one else have this problem with a machine of this brand. Thanks in advance.

Have you checked with your dealer to see if they can get it covered under warranty? I know of a couple people who have had the problem before and Mahindra just replaced the valve.

That is a good point. But my trust in dealers is minimal. I bought my tractor in a private sale so my only contact with my dealer is through parts. I got lots of parts fixin this tractor up through my local dealer but found I could get my parts faster, cheaper from the other side of the country. Odd yes but that's for another thread. I do think it is the valve. If I go through the dealer I have to deliver the tractor wait for a diagnosis, get warranty approval, wait for parts, wait for installation then the potential feud of who pays for what then truck it home. Not to mention the time of loss of use. I have a 84" snow blower on the back that is mighty handy this time of year. Don't see a "win, win" there. If the problem is the valve I will either rebuild or replace my self. I can do that in an afternoon.

Yes I can. With the tractor warmed up and running the bucket will dump it self. Does not need a load, just empty you can sit in the cab and watch the level indicator rod disappear into the tube. Or the other day I was working by standing in the bucket and in no time at all the bucket was so far out of level I could no longer stand in it to work. Kept having to continually climb out and level bucket. All within 15-20 minutes.

Sounds like a bad seal in the cylinder. Their was a good thread in the hydraulics section on this very issue.
