Great info! So 383A coming off the load side of the relay goes to the display to feed the indicator light. Could you post the next page of the wiring diagram so I can see which connector and wire it is at the back of the display to check for voltage?

I checked 383org to the display. It has voltage when relay is powered, but indicator light and message still does not come on. Which is the ground wire coming out of the display panel? Could you post the second page of the wiring diagram?

Here you go...
Unfortunately it sounds like your ICC is faulty. You would no doubt have other issues if you were missing one of the 2 grounds. I would appreciate it if you report back with your findings.

I suppose you might find one at a tractor salvage somewhere.

I think I found the right TM for my 4720 S#770631 w/cab. TM105419.
JD sells cd for $220. Anybody know where I might find it cheaper?

You might be able to find one on eBay. Jd basically doubled their price on repair manuals in the last couple months. Not sure what’s going on.
