I can see bending one fork but not two...were these clamp on forks or SSQA?

Titan actually has a good reputation online for forks, likely that are used for lighter duty since folks are buying them from Amazon
instead of TSC or Agrisupply. I have a set of Construction Attachments forks I'm pretty sure I can't bend. Sometimes I wish I had gotten a set with a foot longer forks.

I recently purchased a set of 5.5 X 60" for my 36" forks. Haven't had a chance to use them yet. I doubt if I will be able to bend them with my little tractor. Have not been able to bend the Kubota forks yet.

Actually, the moral of the story is, you need to buy good quality pallet forks in the first place.

And adding a matching grapple to them, will make them just about perfect...

I finally got my chains on today. after last week's rain the 'Bota was pretty useless without them. Even with them it wasn't much better... I tried breaking out another skid trail and it was like trying to go in 2 feet of cornmeal. After getting stuck 3 times I gave up- the last time trashing my main trail, which I've kept broken out all winter.Unless this week's weather predictions settle the snow I am paunched on cutting wood and may have to go ice fishing.

You aren't missing much. My tractor can still go pretty well with chains on all four. But when I step off the trail hauling out the winch cable and a bunch of chokers in knee deep mealy snow I don't get very far to quick. I have to make sure I have lunch with me or I might starve to death before I get to the tree.

Today was 45* and I piled snow instead. The snow got heavy and really packed so the going should be better.

I broke out the backing plate, the tines are fine. I may mount them jnto my bucket, as I need them to be wider anyways. I was digging logs out if the snow, so really can't blame it on the implement. I may be able to weld them but there really isn't enough space to plate the back, which is what I would need to do.

The trouble with clamp-on forks is I loose lift power and harder to see exactly where the forks are but they are a little cheaper. Mine are 2"x4"x38", when I first made them I welded nuts on back of bucket bolted them on because they was my main log moving forks, the back nuts hold them really sturdy but require more set up time. Last summer I added another clamp bolt further in the bucket so now they are double clamped and lot more sturdy then just the one front bolt and makes it quicker to throw on so I can pick some logs up, plus my son needs forks to lift pallet of shingles. I grab some pics tonight when I got home.

Not a tractor, but I ran my snowsled up and down the icy road today. The studded track does a pretty good job of scarification... especially when I stand on the throttle.

I put the M in 2 wheel drive and stand on the throttle to spin rear wheels and the big chain lugs chops my skating rink driveway enough so I can drive my cars up and out without sanding.

while you guys are sliding on ice and snow, I was getting my potato and collards field ready. First flung 250 pounds of 34-0-0 down, then rototilled everything at a blistering 1.2mph. That was sure a comfortable ride...

Then I got on my Super A to hill the field and boy was that the opposite. Really hurt my arms to drive so made the decision I just can't drive something that old. I need power steering...time for this Super A to go on to the next person. Particularly when my neighbor came over to help me and he did a better job hilling with my little Massey and a rear mounted hiller (I can't use due to fused neck, can't turn head around easily), so I took a look at his part, took a look at mine, felt my arms and neck screaming and the handwriting was clearly on the wall. My fireman neighbor sold his 2 series JD SCUT because he only used it for mowing, and now misses seat time. I'm happy to give him some.

Just a lovely day out, mid seventies and sunny.
