Buying Advice It works ok...

Can you afford to and do you have the space to keep what you have? If you get a deep snow then you still have the blower.

You posted a pic so now you need to tell the story of the jack knifed truck and trailer. Looking at the pics I壇 go with a compact tractor.

I was thinking the same thing as the above post. If you have room for both and the current blower works good for you, you could keep the JD and get something like a Kubota BX with mower and loader and keep both units set up ready to go.

ignore the truck and trailer

Not sure that is possible :D

Ok ok the trailer had 3tons of gravel in it and my plan was to dump it while going down the driveway but my trucks brake line had other plans and I ended up redoing all the brake lines on my truck IMG_0592.JPG just glad no one was hurt and I didn’t loose the truck or the borrowed trailer.

Ouch!

Sorry to hear that. To put a positive spin on it, it may be good justification for the loader on the new tractor: "Honey, I can just dump a pile and spread it out with the tractor now!"

2 hours behind the snow blower. That's cold.

You stated a long driveway. This begs for a plow. I put a truck plow on a quick attach hitch and use it on my Kubota. Better yet, find a plow for the truck! Nothing beats a warm cab.

Getting ice here today also. I just noticed your location, I live near Macomb and have a brother in law that grew up in Morrison. Looking at your pics a 4 wheel drive compact tractor would be great for your place. You would be surprised all the uses for it.

I have the exact same driveway. We are getting icy conditions here in New Hampshire today and tomorrow. Not fun!

Really glad we parked at the bottom of the driveway last night and looks like we will be doing so for a bit.

I’m really considering a Sub Compact most likely the Massey Ferguson GC1705 or GC1715 just not completely sure yet there was a Kubota 7510 posted locally for $8800 with about 450 hours it sold within 4 hours of being posted and that was about 2 hours drive from me I need to get a quote for the GC1705 but talking with dealer previously I am guessing I’ll be around $12000 with rear blade. Will also see what financing is available.
