I’m looking for 13-6.5-6 for the front end.

I cut a lot of BlackBerry. I just slimed the crap out of them. I replaced the rears with lugged tires for the same reason.

Put foam in them and forget it.

I looked into that but the tire store would only foam them on Friday. I used my mower every Friday and most Saturdays so that wasn稚 a viable option. I hadn稚 thought much more about it until now. I guess that would probably be the cheapest option since I知 not mowing now.

Buy a set of front tires/rims. Have them foam filled and swap them for you old ones at your convenience...

When I had the foam put in the tires on my Kubota BX, the tire guy told me they can adjust the pressure the foam cures at, and the tire can be made to be softer than solid. They had a display with three different densities of foam, and there was a noticeable difference in how solid they were, compared to each other.

The rubber tires are about $40 each. Foam filling was about $40 each. I don’t know how much rims are but that’s a pretty expensive solution. I don’t need my mower now so if I get on it now the loss of the wheels won’t be a problem. Really I probably could have borrowed the front wheels from my Dixie chopper and used on the Grasshopper while the GH wheels were being filled.

Is there a kit or something that you can buy to foam fill small tires yourself?

I’ve never seen anything that worked.

I have started filling my lawn mower, wheel barrow, motorcycle, and any other small pneumatic tires with generic fix-a-flat. They eventually stop leaking. In the meantime it's a convenient way to pump them back up without a compressor. I haven't had to replace any of them yet so I don't know what kind of gooey adventure I set myself up for.
