OOPS I DIDN'T--I'M NEW TO THIS SITE. JUST BOUGHT MY FIRST MODERN TRACTOR AND WAS LOOKING FOR INFO. WELL, DID YOU GET THE CONTRACT AND HOW DID IT GO?

Ok, now that 11 years has passed, is anyone doing any side business bush hogging to cover tractor payments, and if so what are the going rates?

I priced out brush clearing and small tree clearing and got $1500/day (8 hr day) from 3 different sources.
Given I got a skid steer with 2000 lb brush cutter stuck a few months ago the price without the headache sounds reasonable. :laughing:

This would be solely dependant on conditions. No way I'd set a price until I had carefully viewed the situation.
