Goo ... is your friend.
Not mine. They're pretty much my enemy, almost on par with Monsanto as far as being devious. There are other search engines that don't track your every move.

But .... it's supposed to kill the weeds, not the plant so the plant can grow to produce the product. I'm confused.

SAN FRANCISCO A jury found that a man developed cancer from exposure to Roundup weedkiller he used in his yard, in the second case to go to trial over the alleged harms of the popular Bayer AG product.
The six-person jury in U.S. District Court in San Francisco now is set to begin hearing evidence to separately weigh whether Bayerç—´ BAYN, +1.59% Monsanto unit should be held liable, a decision that could bring substantial financial damages against the company.
The initial verdict marks another setback for Bayer, which has come under intense pressure since a jury in August reached a $289.2 million verdict in the first case over the weedkiller to go to trial. That verdict came down soon after Bayer finalized its acquisition of Monsanto Co.
Bayer faces lawsuits from about 11,200 farmers, home gardeners and landscapers claiming its glyphosate-based herbicides cause non-Hodgkin lymphoma and other cancers. Six more trials are due to start this year in federal and state courts.
"The Monsanto brand was discontinued; its products will be marketed under the Bayer name."
Another good assessment. I think, just think - not factual, studies can show causation but it just does not apply to everyone. A farmer friend of mine is his 80痴 is unsure of what to make of these cases. He notes of heavy exposure to Paraquat, which many believe to be far more toxic than glyphosate. According to him, his typical application in any of a few 100 acre fields was strong enough to see the effects each lap around the field. To date, he notes of no known issues because of using it - with a non-cab tractor. Albeit glyphosate is a different chemical, with a different manner of acting - especially mixed, thereby creating a compound. ???Very astute and very accurate in my opinion. I prepared a long response, but lost it somehow. I will say that I have a biological, chemical and legal background. I have always tried to limit my family's exposure to chemicals and biologicals of all types. GMO's and agricultural chemicals are highly suspect; and I want to avoid them as much as possible. When dealing with biological systems, sometimes things don't turn out like you think they should and may not be 100% reproducible...which brings me to global warming, biological systems and computer models...
Anyone defending monsanto needs to read the transcripts of the closing arguments...it tells much more than just the evidence that is also overwhelming in support of the plaintiff...
Of course there are probably still people that think tobacco is harmless...DOH!
